By accessing or using Nexus Hub Adventure ("Nexus Hub," "the Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, creators, and anyone interacting with any part of nexushubadventure.com and its associated services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nexus Hub. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Nexus Hub Adventure is an AI-powered platform for world-building, interactive storytelling, companion agents, and creative play. It is designed to help people experience wonder, build confidence, learn through simulation, and hurt a little less.
The platform is currently in Alpha. This means features are actively being developed, things may change, and some elements are experimental. We appreciate your patience and participation in building this together.
Nexus Hub is a creative tool, not a licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. Any healing, growth, or wellbeing you experience is the result of your own engagement and creativity.
To access most features, you'll need to create an account using a valid email address and password.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or compromise the safety of other users.
Nexus Hub is built on a foundation of care. We ask that everything you do here honors that spirit.

All platform design, personality architectures, prompt frameworks, character systems, world-building mechanics, CARE Currency concepts, and written content on Nexus Hub are the original creative work of Casey (Nexus Hub Adventure) and are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.
The Nexus Hub name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary. You may not use them without written permission.
Your use of the platform does not grant you ownership of any Nexus Hub intellectual property. All rights not explicitly granted in these terms are reserved.
The Nexus Hub Marketplace allows users to purchase AI personality prompts created by Nexus Hub. All marketplace purchases are personal use licenses, not transfers of ownership.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Nexus Hub reserves the right to revoke a license for violation of these terms without refund.
Marketplace features are not yet live during Alpha. No purchases can be made at this time. These terms will apply when the marketplace launches.
Nexus Hub offers a separate licensing tier for game makers, studios, and IP holders who wish to bring their worlds and characters into the Nexus Hub ecosystem.
This is handled through a direct partnership agreement and is separate from standard marketplace purchases. Details including revenue sharing, exclusivity terms, and platform integration are negotiated individually.

CARE Currency is Nexus Hub's in-platform token system, designed to reward care, creativity, and meaningful engagement. It is an in-platform value system — not a cryptocurrency, financial instrument, or investment.
The full CARE economy — including earning mechanisms, spending options, and creator rewards — will be detailed in separate documentation as it launches.
When you create worlds, characters, campaigns, or other content within Nexus Hub, you retain ownership of the original creative elements you contribute.
By creating content on the platform, you grant Nexus Hub a limited, non-exclusive license to display and operate that content within the platform for the purpose of providing the service.
You represent that any content you create does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any names, characters, or material you bring into the platform.
We reserve the right to remove user content that violates these terms or community standards without notice.
Nexus Hub is powered by AI language models. These are creative and conversational tools — they are not people, professionals, or authorities.
If an AI agent produces content that feels harmful or inappropriate, please report it through nexushubadventure.com. We take this seriously.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us through nexushubadventure.com. Upon account closure, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination except where immediate action is required for safety.
Upon termination, your license to any purchased prompts is revoked and access to the platform is removed.
Nexus Hub is provided "as is" during Alpha. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, availability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casey / Nexus Hub Adventure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to emotional responses, decisions made based on AI interactions, data loss, or service interruptions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nexus Hub in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We built this to help people. If something goes wrong, talk to us. We'd rather solve it than hide behind legal language.
These terms will evolve as Nexus Hub grows. We will notify you of material changes via email and an in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
The current version of these terms is always available at nexushubadventure.com. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree with an update, you may close your account before the effective date.
